WINTER COMFORT DINING AT THE MANOR

Michael and Ron would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal patrons for a very successful 2011 season at the Manor. Happy New Year to all of you!
At this time of year, we would normally be shutting the Bistro down due to the slowdown of people's activities during the winter and, as is the natural desire of Canadians, to stay at home and be warm by their fires.
This year, however, we want to share our winter warmth with you! We have decided to introduce to our patrons our concept of Bistro dining. Our initial direction in 2010 when we opened the Bistro was to have a warm, friendly & home-like atmosphere for people to enjoy while dining; and one that would allow our customers to dine at their leisure. This would involve a set menu with 4 courses designed by our chef to portray his concept of classic bistro fare.
With this in mind, we will be introducing "Couples" dining for winter 2012. We have put couples in quotation marks because our idea is to serve a set menu meal to 2 or more people, much like family dining.
We will be asking our customers when reserving a table to choose their entree so that everything can be prepared to the highest degree of freshness. If you are dining with more than 1 guest, the entire table need not order the same entree. However, all main courses must be ordered in portions of 2 or more.
We hope this will be a successful venture for all! We look forward to sharing our concept with you this winter season.

Please choose one of the following entrees. All meals are 4 courses and include soup, salad, main course & dessert. The price for the 4-course meals range from $60 to $70 per couple.

Garlicky chicken thighs, oven braised in sweet red peppers & tomatoes, served over a bed of garlic mashed potatoes.
